The VATI Annual General Meeting for 2026 will be held on Wednesday 11 February at 5.30pm at:

The purpose of the meeting is to:
- confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting
- receive from the committee reports upon the transactions of the Association during the last preceding financial year
- elect officers of the Association and the ordinary members of the committee
- Set membership fees for 2027
A member may appoint another member as a proxy for the meeting. Download the proxy form here. Email to Ferdinando (ferdinando@coasit.com.au) by 5.30 Friday 6 February or bring to the meeting.
Requests to participate online via Zoom link are to be emailed to info@vati.vic.edu.au, including your full name, and indicating whether it is a school or individual member request. The link will be emailed to you closer to the date.
Requests for the link must arrive no later than 5.00pm Friday 6 February.
Only current members are able to vote at the Annual General Meeting. If you have not yet renewed your membership for 2026 click here to renew your membership now.
School memberships are entitled to one vote regardless of the number of teachers associated with that membership.
