VATI Annual General Meeting for 2025
The VATI Annual General Meeting for 2024 will be held on Friday 28 March (immediately after the conference) at 3.45pm at:
Catholic Leadership Centre
576 Victoria Parade
East Melbourne, 3002
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting
- receive from the committee reports upon the transactions of the Association during the last preceding financial year
- elect officers of the Association and the ordinary members of the committee
- Set membership fees for 2026
A member may appoint another member as a proxy for the meeting. Download the proxy form here.
Requests to participate online via Zoom link are to be emailed to president, Ferdinando Colarossi, at info@vati.vic.edu.au, including your full name, and indicating whether it is a school or individual member request. The link will be emailed to you closer to the date.
Requests for the link must arrive no later than 4.00pm Monday 17 March.
Only 2025 members are able to vote at the Annual General Meeting. If you have not yet renewed your membership for 2025 click here to renew your membership now.
School memberships are entitled to one vote regardless of the number of teachers associated with that membership.
