ABSTRACT

This workshop explores retrieval practice in Italian through the lens of Ebbinghaus’ Forgetting Curve. Participants will examine strategies such as retrieval grids, low-stakes quizzes, interleaving, and adapted Cornell notes, alongside student samples, to design practical, trackable approaches that strengthen memory and support progress in middle secondary classroom (Years 7-9).
