ABSTRACT
In this session, practical ideas and strategies that have been successfully implemented with students learning Italian in Years 7–10 will be presented.
Participants will also have the opportunity to network and exchange further ideas with colleagues.
BIO
Antonella Taylor and Antoinette Rehak
Antonella Taylor and Antoinette Rehak have been teaching Italian at Epping Secondary College for 22 years. Antonella has been co-ordinating languages for 21 years and Rehak has been an inclusive specialist for 4 years. Together they have collaborated on a multitude of projects over the years. Today they hope to generate discussion about how to best engage junior students and to collaborate with fellow colleagues in devising activities that are inclusive and multisensory.
